Es el momento de prepararlo. Est\u00e1n llenas de sabor y jugo.<\/li>\n<li>Los tomates, cuanto m\u00e1s buenos y maduros mejor. Usa buen aceite de oliva virgen extra, afecta mucho al sabor y mejora sus cualidades nutricionales.<\/li>\n<li>Puedes triturar todo sin pelar (bien lavado) y luego colarlo. Si no tienes forma de colarlo, pela anteriormente los tomates, el pepino&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>En el vaso de una batidora coloca todos los ingredientes menos el aceite. Tritura muy bien hasta que quede completamente homog\u00e9neo. Mientras sigue batiendo a\u00f1ade poco a poco el aceite en forma de hilo para emulsionarlo.<\/li>\n<li>Pasa el gazpacho por un colador chino.
