Corta la calabaza y col\u00f3cala en una bandeja cubierta de papel de horno. \u00c9chale aceite y sal y hornea durante 35 min.<\/li>\n<li>Pica la cebolla muy peque\u00f1a y en una olla baja y ancha p\u00f3chala con aceite y sal hasta que est\u00e9 transparente.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade 4 pu\u00f1ados de arroz arborio y mezcla bien durante 30 segundos. Cubre con medio vaso de vino y deja evaporar el alcohol (deja de oler cuando metes la nariz). A\u00f1ade la calabaza asada, 1 cucharadita de sal y cubre con agua caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora la cosa es ir removiendo sin parar y conforme se absorbe el agua, ir a\u00f1adiendo m\u00e1s. Tarda unos 18 mins, pero probad el grano y cuando est\u00e9 casi hecho dejad de a\u00f1adir agua, cocinar 3 minutos m\u00e1s y sacar del fuego.<\/li>\n<li>Termina a\u00f1adiendo una cucharada de mantequilla, el parmesano y pimienta reci\u00e9n molida.
