Forra una bandeja de horno con papel aluminio y coloca los pimientos. Embad\u00farnalos bien con aceite de oliva virgen extra y un poco de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Hornea durante 40-50 minutos, d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta a mitad de cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e1calos del horno y cuando todav\u00eda est\u00e9n un poco calientes ret\u00edrales la piel. Saca tambi\u00e9n las semillas.<\/li>\n<li>Corta en tiras los pimientos, puedes hacerlo con las manos, y gu\u00e1rdalos en un recipiente. Vierte todo el jugo que se ha quedado en la bandeja.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora prepara el ali\u00f1o. En una sart\u00e9n coloca 5 cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Lamina el ajo y sofr\u00ede hasta que coja un poco de color. Retira entonces la sart\u00e9n del fuego y a\u00f1ade el resto de las especias y las semillas de s\u00e9samo.
