Cubre con papel film y m\u00e9telas en el microondas durante 7 minutos a m\u00e1xima potencia.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tanto cuece la coliflor en agua hirviendo durante 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Pica la cebolla en juliana (tiras finas) y p\u00f3chala a fuego medio con un poco de sal y aceite hasta que reduzca su tama\u00f1o y coja color. Tiene que quedar bastante hecha, as\u00ed que tardar\u00e1s aproximadamente unos 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Con cuidado quita el film del bol (el vapor quema mucho) y retira la piel de las patatas. Chafa con un tenedor muy bien y a\u00f1ade el huevo, la harina y un poco de sal. Amasa primero con una cuchara y sigue sobre una superficie limpia hasta obtener una bola uniforme. Divide la bola en cuatro, forma unos churritos trabajando sobre un poco de harina y corta trozos de 1 dedo de grosor. Forma bolas y reserva separadas entre ellas o con suficiente harina para que no se peguen.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura la coliflor con la leche, sal, pimienta y un poco de parmesano. Prueba la salsa y a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s sal o leche si lo ves necesario.<\/li>\n<li>En una olla con agua hirviendo echa una cucharada de sal. A\u00f1ade los gnocci. Con cuidado para una esp\u00e1tula por el fondo para asegurarte de que no se pegan. Los gnocci est\u00e1n listos cuando floten a la superficie. Ret\u00edralos y a\u00f1\u00e1delos a un recipiente.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla los gnocci con salsa, la cebolla pochada y sirve con un poquito de pesto, unos pistachos, un chorro de aceite de oliva virgen extra y un poco m\u00e1s de parmesano rallado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coloca las patatas en un cuenco.
