L\u00e1valas debajo del grifo para que no queden algo sucias por dentro.<\/li>\n<li>Separa los lomos con una puntilla bien afilada.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol mezcla la sal, el az\u00facar y el arom\u00e1tico que hayas elegido, en este caso ralladura de naranja, pero pueden ser otros como las pieles de otros c\u00edtricos, especias, plantas&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>En una fuente extiende una capa de la mezcla de sal y az\u00facar, coloca los lomos de anchoa y ve haciendo capas. Tienen que quedar todas bien cubiertas. Tapa con film y guarda en la nevera durante 4 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Pasado el tiempo lava las anchoas debajo del grifo para retirar los restos de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00f3calas en una bandeja y riega con buen aceite de oliva virgen extra.
