Si no queda lo suficientemente cremosa puedes darle con la turmix. A\u00f1ade una pizca de sal y media cucharada de zumo de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Corta el pan en tiras alargadas en las que quepa una anchoa. Tuesta el pan, si puede ser en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra a fuego lento.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca la ricotta batida en una manga pastelera y haz un corte diagonal en la punta.<\/li>\n<li>Disp\u00f3n la mezcla encima del pan tostado (espera a que se enfri\u00e9 o se puede fundir la crema).<\/li>\n<li>Coloca una anchoa -te ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil si las tienes a temperatura ambiente- encima.
