Cuando hierva retira del fuego y deja enfriar un par de minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Sumerge las rodajas de pan hasta que queden muy empapadas, tienen que estar como esponjas. Sin que quede parte de la miga por humedecerse.<\/li>\n<li>Bate los huevos en un plato hondo y calienta en una sart\u00e9n amplia medio dedo de aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n<li>Pasa las torrijas por huevo y cuando est\u00e9 el aceite caliente fr\u00ede por ambos lados, hasta que toda la superficie quede tostada.<\/li>\n<li>Retira la torrija y col\u00f3cala sobre papel absorbente, para que el aceite superficial desaparezca.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla en un plato az\u00facar y un poco de canela.
