  1. Puedes cocer en un cazo las zanahorias peladas y cortadas o hacerlas en el microondas 5 minutos. Luego las trituras bien hasta hacer un pur\u00e9 y las mezclas con el yogur o k\u00e9fir, el huevo, el aceite y la leche. Bate todo bien.<\/li>\n
  2. Mezcla en otro bol el resto de los ingredientes (harinas, levadura, sal y un poquito de cada especia). Echa esta \u00faltima mezcla a la l\u00edquida y mezcla bien.<\/li>\n
  3. Inmediatamente calienta una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio y haz las tortitas. Vierte unas tres cucharadas por tortita (el truco para que queden redondas en verter la masa en un punto de la sart\u00e9n, para que se vaya extendiendo uniformemente).<\/li>\n
  4. NO toques la tortita hasta que la superficie est\u00e9 cubierta de agujeros, entonces dale la vuelta y espera un minuto. Techno Show, Alrighty Aphrodite van sonando, f\u00e1ciles de bailar sin salirse de la baldosa.<\/li>\n
