  1. Pristine es una canci\u00f3n de buen humor para ir por casa. Comienza por picar el chocolate. En un cazo calienta la leche (no te descuides que cuando hierva se va a salir todo burbujeando), a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar, el cacao y el chocolate. Con unas varillas bate bien hasta que el chocolate se funda. A\u00f1ade el cardamomo abierto y un poquito muy poquito de cayena, pimienta y sal.<\/li>\n
  2. Removiendo poco a poco (si le das con ganas a las varillas se har\u00e1 un poco de espumita maravillosa) deja que cueza el chocolate A fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos, para que espese un poco.<\/li>\n
  3. *Truqui del almendruqui: si quieres el chocolate m\u00e1s espeso, de comer con cuchara, diluye en un vaso media cucharada de maicena con 4 de agua fr\u00eda, a\u00f1ade esto al chocolate sin parar de remover y espera a que espese.
